Hear from the brightest and the best in medical travel
The IMTJ Medical Travel Summit 2018 is attracting some of the brightest talents in medical travel. They’ll share their knowledge, insight and experience of building a sustainable international patient business.
GCR Clinic Ambassador, Global Clinic Rating, Austria
For both patients & clinic owners, so much is gained from looking at the quality level of any medical clinic in the world.
As the co-founder of the GCR (Global Clinic Rating), since 2014 Daniel has helped assess over 400,000 healthcare clinics on behalf of patients in 126 countries of the world, and giving each clinic a 1-5 Score, based on his “4 pillars of excellence”.
As hotel rating stars & restaurant reviews have forced companies worldwide to be more and do more for their guests, Daniel believes too that the international acceptance of star-based clinic standards that incorporates patient feedback & medical outcomes, the level of satisfaction and results in clinics all around the globe will improve.
Putting theory into practice, Daniel is the co-founder of 2 English-speaking dental clinics serving medical tourists from the UK and international patients from Vienna & Bratislava.
Helping medical clinics large & small improve their reputation through frequent practical presentations, “hands on” personal visits, mystery patient shopping, reputation management and clinic benchmarking – Daniel travels too light and too often.
What’s the one thing that Daniel has learned about the medical travel business?
