Elizabeth Ziemba is the founder and President of Medical Tourism Training, the first and only company dedicated solely to on-line and on-site training and consulting solutions for the international medical travel sector.
Ms. Ziemba has worked on a variety of projects in the both the public and private health care sectors conducting research, business analysis, and formulating and implementing results-oriented, practical solutions. Clients have included the World Health Organization, private and public hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hotels, governmental and non-governmental organizations and professional associations. She has worked with clients from around the world including Costa Rica, Colombia, the Caribbean, Korea, the Philippines, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, among others. Recent projects include creating a national road map for the development of medical travel services in the Philippines as well as a US marketing program for the Government of Poland.
Based on her research and experience in medical tourism, Elizabeth founded Medical Tourism Training to deliver skills and education needed for organizations involved in the Customer Care Continuum. The company works with clients to deliver superior customer service in the increasingly competitive international health travel sector. With a team of experts, Elizabeth collaborates with clients to create a better patient experience for patients, clients, customers and leads looking for access to health and wellness services around the world.
Combining degrees in public health and law along with business experience, Elizabeth brings a unique point of view to her clients that result in creative approaches to problem solving, knowledge and skills acquisition, and measurable change.
