International Patient Coordinator and International Cooperation Manager, Prague Fertility Centre
Mirna joined Prague Fertility Centre, the leading IVF clinic in Czech Republic for international patients, a few months after it’s opening in 2010 to work on business development and international exposure of the clinic.
Her main role during this period was to build and manage relationships with patients and strategic partners in order to grow their patient database and to position the clinic in different international markets. During this time, she worked intensely on developing a set of tools and channels to communicate with the remotely located patients worldwide and meet their needs and expectations when traveling abroad for fertility treatment.
She has been actively involved in fertility travel trends and forecasts and released some research in 2012 covering topic: “Impact of Trends in Cross Border Reproductive Care of Prague Fertility Centre’s Business Strategy”. With an academic background in International Business Management from Teesside University UK, she is able to combine expert knowledge in growing international business with high level of patient service quality.
